Cancellation Policy
Failure to contact me 24 hours before appointment date to cancel will result in loss of booking deposit. I charge 50% of the service price for any no-shows. Communication is always open, emergencies happen. Please be considerate of my time as I am of yours. Contact me for any further questions. After two consecutive reschedules, you may be banned from booking. Situations vary.
